Performance Contracting Services, LLC is a veteran owned and operated business based in San Antonio, TX that supports veterans and their families by providing them beneficial employment opportunities.

At PCS Military Maintenance, we are dedicated to providing excellence in all we do and that is what our clients can expect. Our veterans understand having their work be inspection ready so we treat every task with that mindset. All employees of PCS Military Maintenance are trained experts in their respective field and are ready to serve.

PCS Military Maintenance is associated with PatrioticHearts.org, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to the cause of ending veteran unemployment.

Oscar Villarreal is the owner and operator of Performance Contracting Services. He is a 6 year military veteran. In his military career, he was trained as a systems analyst and stock control specialist and excelled in both fields. After completion of his military commitment Oscar continues to serve in his current role within the U.S. Federal Government. Oscar has successfully operated a non-profit athletic youth organization for the purpose of creating an environment for inner-city youth to develop life skills through sports. He holds a BS in Information Systems from Bellevue University. In his career, he has accumulated many years of leadership experience and superior customer service skills.

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
